Looks like they are the wrong ones. They should be the same diameter. Length and width of groove is less of a concern but there's no reason why these shouldn't be the same either.

Hmm the guy at bigg red replied and said this is all he stocks and all he can find ANYWHERE for jimnys. The sliders in the the set in the store look the same as the ones I just bought (wider flares at the end), can anyone confirm what their diameter is?

Upon closer inspection, of the four old sliders, one is slightly wider (and coloured blue). The others are narrower but still not as narrow as the four new ones. I guess it'll be fine, surely it's the free movement that is crucial not the tight fit?
