mine arrived in early august. one cv stub needed some work with lathe. and brake bolts were also a little too long.

i take it your talking about RS front shafts. why did the cv stub need some work done and why?

groove in stub was in wrong place - could not fit spacer when assembling hub. made new groove ( 15 eur ) - all fits.

No mate, I spent a good while cleaning the mating faces up with a copper rotary wire brush in a cordless drill, checked and double-checked the fit, and then sealed them together with mastic and tightened the bolts up nice and tight, after adding spring washers under the heads to keep them tight...

It's had one trip out to the Lake District, which was a two hour drive there, a good nine hours 'laning and roads in between, and then a two hour drive back...

Not a spot...

But then there's only grease in there? So not sure how they could 'leak' much anyway?

Unless you mean leaking inwards? water when wading?... :S
