Looked at VAG engine but to many clash problems
Pug 1.9 had 1 of them in a SJ i built years ago far to heavy
Have a Pug TUD 5 1525cc here that i bolted to a jimny box that looks promising but decided in the end on Isuzu 1.7 tdi Jap car with a Jap engine if you know what i mean and you cant beleive how well it fits the engine bay.
Yeah the isuzu 1.7td engine fits very well surprisingly! Also notice that your engine sits up rite, the 1.7td in a vauxhall car is tiled back for the oil pick up and gallerys flowing!
