Hi mate, notice you don't have any ring gear on the flywheel for the starter how does this work!
I have a kit looks exactly like the one I helped design from Milner Off road, think KAP Suzuki also sell this now? How are you getting on with it, would like to know what you think if it one of the above kits!

Had just taken it off the lathe after finishing the turning on the flywheel so hadnt had chance to fit the ring gear.
All my own work couldnt run to the near on thousand pound KAP wanted.
Think its all about right but not been run up yet hopefully within the next week i will have it back in the truck with the new engine mounting set up . Have done a twin altenator set up as well and swapped the power steering pump position for the Aux altenator position with the main altenator and vac pump sitting now high and dry in the engine bay.
Didnt realise Milner were into this sort of stuff still do they do a kit then ??

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Nice bit of turning there
Always useful if you can get hold of lumps of metal as well as a lathe

Looks good mate! But defo looks the same as mine, how did you make the bell housing adapter plate! £1000 your having a laph!
Heres is a few pics of my flywheel to compare
Will upload more later of the bellhousing conversion plate!
Have you any pics of your double alternator setup? Would be interested in doing this myself!
