eBay - £40!
EBay Link
You can specify what sort of ends you want. I just asked for a straight 1 3/4" tube on each end and bought a flange plate which bolted up to the original pipe (and welded one to the other. I also had a stainless elbow that I welded to the other end. I dare say they would make up something to your precise requirements though.
The exhaust itself is pretty good. Stainless and nicely made - well worth £40!

Over the weekend I had a chance to do quite a bit more to this!
First of all I (obviously) need rear recovery points. There is one on the other side too.

These were milled out of 12mm plate, with a 50mm eye. They are welded to the chassis and to the rear roll cage stays - so should be strong enough!
I added a few LED lights (courtesy of eBay)

Next to fit my 8274. First a trial fit to see where it can sit:

Do a bit of tube bending - then hold it all in place with ratchet straps to tack weld.

Fully weld it, add a bit of bracing and spray black!

The side tubes, which the 8274 bolts to are made from Stainless. If I'd had enough stainless tube I'd have made the whole thing out of it - but I figured the rope will run with the most pressure on the sides. I can live with touching up the paint on the top & bottom bars occasionally. As you can see, the tube is used instead of a Hawse. It is 48mm diameter so giving a much bigger radius for the rope to run over, protecting it a bit while pulling sideways.
The rear (and centre) winch will be mid-mounted on top of one another on the internal cage, with just a circular Hawse (made out of 4 x 48mm Stainless elbows welded together) in a cut-out in the rear door.
Other than installing the winch and a bit more wiring - that's it done for the time being. Done sufficiently to try it at Slindon next week anyway. Once more tube arrives, I'll make the external cage and wing bars - I'll just have to be careful in the mean time!

This weekend I took it to Slindon Off Road to put the truck through it's paces! I expected several of my friends were going to be there to take photos - but they all had to stay home to wash their hair or something - so the only evidence is a couple of photos on my phone!
This doesn't show the full extent of the articulation - but it was the only time there wasn't a 5 foot drop to climb down on the drivers side or where I didn't feel my life was in danger!
It performed better than I ever expected! I only had to use the rear locker once when I had pushed the cross axle thing a bit too far.
For some reason the Auto box would only give me 1 & 2, but would not select 3 even with the lever in Drive - I suspect the cable might just need adjusting. This gave me a top speed of 15mph - but as it came on a trailer it was not a problem.
I tried pretty hard to break it - but all I managed to do was bust a rear light and re-shape the rear corner a little! I drove over a tree and when it came down the other side, the truck slid sideways and sandwiched me tight between two trees. It took a lot of winching & shunting to un-sandwich me and I bust the light in the process!
Amazingly, it was still running perfectly at the end of the day! This is almost a first for me with 'experimental' vehicles! I'll do a bit of 'adjusting' and hopefully take it to Slindon on May 27th. I would have gone to Boxgrove, but X-Eng are Sponsoring the Mud Monsters Challenge on May 13th.
