You must not under any circumstances look at the revealed bodywork, unless you want a lot more work. ;)

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

Decided to have one last go today, so went with advice and took bumper off. With some manipulation of the exhaust managed to get the towbar in situ, only to fine the nearside wont engage with the holes as the rear exhaust box is in the way. I would have to push the near side up with the exhaust box sat on the cross bar, which would rattle like hell! So, once again I`m stumped. Cant see how a fitter would do it either. Any advice please, as it looks like I`m stuck with a useless towbar!

Got it all done up pretty tight, but not finished tight, and exhaust is resting on cross piece, so I just know its gonna rattle like stink, although its quite tight.
