Dinitrol is a good one too; I use Waxoyl as I have the air gun that fits the tins so I can blast it in with a compressor. I alter the viscosity to suit the job and the weather.Sandspider wrote: Thanks Ray - sounds good. If I can avoid drilling I will!

It seems to spread on and stick better than the old waxoyl used to, and the smell doesn't hang on either. I used the cavity wax to do inside chassis sections. The tube thing puts out a fine spray much better than the old tube and nail waxoyl one used to. I didn't use the rubber bungs in drain holes but it doesn't run out that much. Cavity wax seems very thin when it goes on but I guess that's how it gets into all the places water would. It seems well stuck and still slightly tacky.
I got the small car top-up kit now to do some external wax on exposed parts. Will see how it goes.
