Unfortunately, although I'm not all that far from you, I'm stuck on work shifts for over 12 hours at a time or I could have popped up to give you a hand

The prop has eight bolts, Four at each end, (black circles). With the bolts removed, if the prop doesen't fall off, Just gently tap one end or the other with a soft hammer or mallet and it will come loose.
The red circle is the splined joint. Try not to seperate it there.
It's been fettled just a tad.
