There have been plenty of posts on the subject and Suzuki used to offer a facia and radio as an official "extra" but you could check through your dealer.
In the meantime try this link when you've got a spare half hour or so

Thanks, I have stumbled on this post. The genuine Suzuki surround, does this have the square corners?

I'm not sure if the official one is still available but it is cheaper than the ebay versions.
There is someone on ebay selling a "kit" which includes the cage and various bits of trim but once again it's £109 the same as the ebay Jimny fascia.
Generally the double din radios fit inside the round corner Jimny fascia aperture it's just that it leaves gaps.
If you have a car radio fitter near you it may be worth a visit as there are a vast number of fascia trims available and some of the universal ones may just sit over the front edge of the radio to cover the gaps if the radio is adjusted so that it stands proud of the surface.
An expert would know.
It depends how much you want to spend lol
I started off high and worked my way down ever since

1. remove ash tray, their are two screws on the top plate, remove them.
2. put your hands either side of the facia on the bottom corners, and gently pull, once a side starts to unclip, follow it to the top, there are 3 clips each side, the top clips in, but much easier to remove, make sure the sides are all unclipped first.
3. once facia has been removed, remove the yellow or white clip that are still in the dash there should be six, pick one side out with a finger nail, and use the small screw driver to squeeze the other side in & flip them out, Attach these back to the facia panel.
The radio is held in by 4 screws.
2 Screws

no clip

replaced clip

all clips

Unclip Hazard and ciggy wires.

Wouldn't trust a grease monkey before myself though. I'm an electrical engineer and will definitely do the job more carefully. The electrics aren't the problem it's the removal of the fascia I didn't know how to tackle. Thanks to the guys on this post the job shouldn't be too difficult. I was going to change the radio anyway for a head unit with Bluetooth so I think it shouldn't be a problem.
