Yes.
1 ml of grease weighs .88 grams. Thus 100ml grease weighs 88gm

Any tips for removing the outer ring of the bearing? Heard it can be a sod, I dont have access to a welder so the tip In the guide doesnt help.

I just managed to get a chissle on the edge to knock it out there is a very slight lip
