Me ...........not at the moment. Bonnet first which is easier as well as important to fit. Will see how I feel later. Clearly it is a point of entry that needs protecting.
However, thinking about it, I might route the wire I piggy backed off the driver door switch to a back door switch...............saves wasting the wiring as it is sitting there unconnected. That will also give me a bit of courtesy lighting from the back door too. Arghhhhhhhh, more work.
Hmmmmmmmm, what's the weather forecast for tomoz? 17°
TBH, as you can probably tell I have had enough for the time being.

Have you tried getting in through the back door with the alarm set. To simulate this I think you'll need to sit in the back and break out. LOL

It's a good idea. The Jimny is so small the front one seems to light it all up!

I have been mulling this over. I couldn't decide what needs the pin security more, the back door or the bonnet but it seems to me the back door is more vulnerable so as soon as it stops with this incessant rain I'll be looking at fitting a pin switch to it.

Alarm turned up today, not even going to think about fitting it as I starts nights tonight but the attached files may help someone in the future. Guess they did not have details for an 03 Jimny
