Got the old one out of winter hibernation.
And tried to fix the exhaust rattle.

Went for a drive with the top off. Nice weather almost 12c.
Approx 28 km from home suddenly the car sprayed coolant out the grill and on to the windscreen.
Could see leakage from the reservoir so hurry home to take a closer look before it overheated. Last stretch the heater matrix got cold and the needle was moving alot on the temp gauge.
Crusty plastic could put my finger straight through the expansion tank.
But a found a used one in the back of the garage.
All ok now, ready for the next trip.
