newbie with a problem

With the original Bridgestone ditchfinders, yes, with decent road tyres I wouldn't risk it

A few people have bought cars with broken CVs, maybe from 4wd on dry tarmac, most of us wouldn't try it as we know what might happen
If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

What sealant do I need for the king pin
How do you measure 100 ml of grease?
And how do you get the bearing out?( without a welder)
Cheers

I did it by weight.
Is it the king pin bearing race you are referring to - mine came out with a small bit of persuasion with a screwdriver.

I couldn't remember what I used. Don't know what others use but I tend to use silicone sealant.
Don't forget to fit a new shaft oil seal.

In my case it was a day's job.
