yep.. don't want that 50mm2 cable acting like a fuse!
fully agree about using top quality gear too but I think this red and gigglepin stuff is overpriced 'because it can be' buying proper specification stuff rather than cheap sh1t from China/ebay will prevent something nasty happening!

Overpriced. maybe

I just haven't found any isolators/solenoids with same specs that are much cheaper. I use a 2500 AMP/10 sec battery isolator solenoid for my winch. This isn't any cheaper

Looks like a really good set-up.
Does the odyssey battery fit right in, or did you need to alter anything?.
