I did think it would sort its self out but through use, not sleep. It's had enough sleep!
Just make the journey to the MOT station a long one to get the exhaust nice and hot and to evaporate all that moisture sat in it and I reckon it will be fine. Testing the coolant will settle your mind but I've only heard of one twin cam head gasket having let go. You read more than I do though.
Do part the back box from the exhaust and see what pours out though as I've found that's where a lot of the moisture collects. Mine has dripped from there before being re-sealed for the MOT but the moisture means it's needed sealing twice now. New bolts and some exhaust paste will be needed though.
