hi. new here and .... just replaced the engine in Suzuki Jimny and exhaust is too hot.

Usually that would be a blocked cat but, given that you've just replaced the engine you should check that you haven't got a leaky injector and that the valve timing and ignition timing is correct.

exhust is glowing red, is the cat the lump in the middle of the exhaust,
if so that has been changed could it be the lamda sensor?
