ive had discussions about this before with people and your be surprised how tight you can get a nut with hammer and chisel we put it to the test by tightening one and testing with a torque wrench and I could get one to the right torque on a wheel nut (on a different car to jimny)

beleve me it is not tight inuff,it only takes a few mins to jack the truck and test it

Hi Tom.. agree with your physics approach to fitting but what about getting the old one out.. is it a case of knocking hell out of it or is there a method that employs a little bit of cleverness :s:D

the prof is in the pudding done it up with a hummer and chisel tested with torque wrench and was fine so you cant say it doesn't work maybe if not done up hard but I managed to do it ok not that I would all the time
