Try the search function for some of your questions. A lot of the questions you ask have been asked and answered a thousand times before.

A hub nut tool is available in the Bigjimny Shop. ;)

You could get the hub nut off with a hammer & chisel but it will bugger it up and you have to tighten it back up at a ridiculously high torque setting which couldn't be achieved with a hammer & chisel.

So really you need the tool.

The bearings are pressed into the hub with big circlips stopping them from escaping. So you need circlip pliers & access to a press.

No need for at press. I put the bearing in the freezer over night and the hub in the oven at 200c for 30 minutes, and the bearing slipped right in with no use of tools or trouble at all. And when it all cooled down, the bearing was sitting perfectly and firm in place :)
