Let’s hope you are right. The idea is to be able to take the dogs to their evening walk rather than taking the Vito each time. Prob need to take the seats out.
just want it all working as it should first.

Front all back together. Gentle drive back and forward on the drive and an odd grinding from the front. More investigation needed. Great.

That will be the gaurd rubbing off the brake disc the round disc of metal is rubbing on the brake disc

That’s certainly an option. It’s something i will check. I generally remove the guards when swapping brakes on my kit car. They look better too
