Just as Lambert says HD transfer mounts and the guard
You should have ask on here for a stick transfer box
I would have sold you one for a less than a 3rd of the fix cost

It sounds like you have similar usage so I will look at the steel brackets since they are load bearing I think that's a wise upgrade and I agree about the skid plate however I would still prefer alloy if I can find one.

Thanks, I wish Id thought of that, Too late now, But at least I have a box ready to go, I need to keep mobile to work. Hence all the questions, I want to be ready with everything in place before I tackle the job, Need minimal time out of action.

There used to be a company in Israel that did alloy protection
But i can't remember their name
Some stuff available from Devon4x4 at a big price tag
But it only says transmission guard i would contact them to be sure it's for transfer box
