Yeah it is. He was also saying that there are new classifications, minor fault, major fault and unsafe to drive or something, unroadworthy maybe. Minor being the equivalent of an advisory and major being a fail. Apparently.

no martin, it all works fine from switch ?? just not when on box, ive found a hole in the bulkhead i,m just going to run a wire to a switch inside. i did check ball bearing 3 x s though!!! cheers LIam

The wiring to the gearbox switch comes from inside, under the steering wheel. So rather than running it back in again, find the right colour under the dash and you can run it straight to your switch. For neatness, a k613 switch is a direct fit in the blanks beside the steering wheel.
