I see you just cut out the jack well though, is that cause repairing where it meets with the vertical rear sill is too hard/pricey?
Can I ask how much you paid in the end for the welding you had done? Yours only looked marginally less severe than mine is.
I am just thinking of using aluminium mesh and filler myself though.

I would probably get some seam sealer along those joints if it were mine. That way you will weather proof the joints and stop all the crap getting between the skins and rotting it from the inside out.emu88 wrote: By the way the headlight areas are literally perfect so I'm lucky there!:
