How can I be sure I'm getting the 82 bhp version and not the 68 bhp version?
From what I can see, all Astra's are only 68 bhp ?

The td I had in me van
You can get a non turbo version of that engine possibly that ?, but the td was very flat before I tweaked it so I bet the non turbo is painful.

Still have to figure out what to do with gearbox. Don't want to sit a 4000 rpm all day long, don't seem right in a diesel.

Its not right with the petrol,did a few road miles on sunday and it was screaming
crying out for a 6th gear :dry:

My thought as well.
But perhaps if I could change the ring and pinion gears for lower ratio
But must admit, with all this stuff. Seems more and more interesting to just install the G16B engine and then perhaps tweak it for a few more ponies
