Rear gearbox mount worn/split? This allows the gearbox to lift and twist under load and it touches the body causing a noise momentarily when accelerating/pulling away.

if its driving ok then I think it might be a brake binding or something.. possibly crud in the drums as previously mentioned..
also try spraying all the suspension bushes with a bit of soapy water.. if one of the bushes is causing it then the noise will go away for a short time... this could also be an indicator as to why it is intermittent (dry/wet days??)

Spray bushes with silicon spray for slightly longer cure also deals with any squeaky dash boards, should sucha problem ever become evident in your Jimny
