Heres what i did:
step 1: reversed my car up onto ramps for better access and chocked the front right wheel (in front and behind the tyre so it cant move either way, this is the side i bent)
step 2: collect up the tools i need, socket set and long bar, ring spanners, cable ties and a 12" long adjustable spanner (longest ive got) and dont forget your hammer!
step 3: rather than pulling the vacum hoses off i just undone the 2x 10mm bolts holding the metal pipes to the radius arm and cable tied it up to the prop shaft and panhard rod.
step 4: undone the bolt through the radius arm at the chassis mount 17mm socket and spanner (needed the long bar to shift it).
step 5: undone the inboard front bolt for the radius arm (the next one along) and discovered that i couldnt pull the bolt out as it was hitting the shock! not sure if this is because it was up at the back so leaning forwards or what.
step 6: attempted to undo the bottom mount of the shock to swing it out of the way, this didnt happen couldnt get the nut to budge so gave up!
step 7: returned to the bent mount now with the bolt pushed though out of the way and got to work with my adjustable spanner, with a mix of pushing the arm up abit as there was some play and brute force i uncurled the bend.
step 8: picked up my hammer and whacked the f*** out of it to fully straighten it back out.
step 9: reassembled everything and had a brew.
Long bar or whatever its known as (next to a 6" ruler):
here you can see the straightened mount and the pipes cable tied up:

Thanks to everyone for their help and guidance.
