So everything fine now? But have noticed the n/s headlamp is dull,working fine but weak on both main and dipped, have tried a good ground to bulb and no go,also only 6v coming from connector, I suspect a relay problem, but don't know where to locate? Any ideas.

This might sound strange but you most likely have a blown headlight fuse, the other possibility is a broken wire between the fuse and the nearside headlight.

The reason you're seeing six volts is the nearside light is being backfed from the offside headlight.



Here's the headlight wiring - no relays involved.

Good once again, so I checked fuses and all good,looked under fuses to find a wire had broken off, repaired this and lights work fine now, your pretty good thanks.
