Is it though, all the stripped off pictures show it being broadly the same but with a couple of extra cross members to improve rigidity and support the new body but the basic architecture appears to be the same? I'm not suggesting that the chassis is sufficiently similar to be used on the 1.3 why would you, but as I said earlier if there are some better more efficient components being used in the 1.5 that fit the 1.3 or vice versa it's good to know.

Having just seen that you're going to be more involved with a lift than just fitting springs and dampers it becomes useful to know if 1.3 extended brake lines fit the 1.5, are the abs sensor wires on the 1.3 long enough to use in a lifted 1.5, does the 1.5 transfer case have to have a custom mounting made to allow the propshaft to clear that cross member or would an existing one from the usual suspects work adequately? You see what I'm getting at, if between the two sets of owners and modifiers we can build a compendium of what can be used to achieve what we all win.

Rear control arms are identical, right down to the part number.
