Nope brake rotors are solid. I haven't got out the measuring tape yet, but I'm pretty sure they are exactly the same as the old model.


Which actually is the same front brakes as the SJ from 1985. I had a 1985 caliper bracket on mine for years..

Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 BFG MT, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck, 17%/87% high/low gears.

If the 2013 - 19 model year rubber floor mats don't fit the new model - it might be that the floor pans aren't identical?

It being body on frame though it doesn't matter how much the body has changed if as seems to be the case the frame is mostly identical allowing intergenerational component compatibility.

The frame is not even close to the same. It is a total redesign.
