Notice how the lads in the garage got the lettering on the tyre to match the mounting point? There's service

Next Job...
Thanks to James J999PRE, and delivery by Brett -
'old'(er) Jimny transfer box and diffs to go in the VVT Jimny and correct the gearing for the 235/75s
Even better... the stick has been extended to suit a body lift already...
I'll have to cut the carpet and remove the blanking plate to get the stick through, and James has even included a boot and frame
Oh, mostly for Riccy - I emailed my tame Suzuki dealer's parts manager this morning and asked him to look up part numbers for the intermediary props, and he's confirmed they are all the same for non-VVT and VVT models...
Time will tell, will get onto the gearing as soon as possible, and when the weather improves a little

That sounds promising then with the props thanks. I found the spline count was different on the r72 gearbox, which may be why i had problems. Do you know which gearbox you have? it should be the dreaded r72 to work with the push button t-box i think.
I have my older t-box now also (but without the handy stick bend/extension, but still no diffs yet), so might try it in with the current diffs to see what its like. theres details about the wiring on an older post from me somewhere, pretty straigtforward really. you can keep the vac hubs working (assuming you want to). only thing you loose is the 4x4 low light.

Jimny had a good run on Sunday... Liverpool and back to take our youngest daughter for a tap dance exam. The gearing is surprisingly good (still standard at the moment) with the 235/75s on... Speedo shows 4/5mph over - GPS shows 50mph when speedo shows 46mph, and GPS shows 70mph when speedo shows 66mph.
Hoping to change transfer box and diffs next week.
Fitted 3 longer brake lines yesterday due to the combined suspension and body lifts.
Also swapped the old scabby radiator for a nice brand new shiny one
