I assumed it would have nylon bushes anyone any knowledge of this??
He did show me the parts diagram and there doesn't appear to be any bushes??

On mine Jimny have been replaced either gear shift lever or gear shift shaft and it was a big difference in shifting, this part was little bit expensive about 110€. There is some bushes in gear shift shaft, but when it has been replaced no major difference in shifting.

Mine has been juddering for a couple of years. After about 10 mins it disappeared.
Winter or summer made no difference.
There are a few possible causes eg clutch cable, gearbox rubber mounting or the clutch itself.
The clutch was still working fine but as the gearbox was off I thought it wise to get it changed anyway. I can only assume it was the friction material as the other two haven't been changed.
I assume it was the original clutch as I bought the car at just under 30000 mls and it's now done 61000.

I started off high and worked my way down ever since :-)

I lost interest when he said I had to buy the gearlever at just under £60 and also the connecting rod (at whatever price) It's always been a bit wooly compared to my old 1999 Jimny but why Suzuki changed a perfectly good gearbox/ gear linkage when the VVT came out I don't know?? Surely all they had to do was change the gearbox ratios if they deemed it necessary??
And why not make the bushes replaceable like the earlier boxes??

I started off high and worked my way down ever since :-)
