you can arch weld but mig will prob be easier if you are going for CDS then go for the minimum size required its bloody exspensive infact almost beyond beleif i just bought 2 inch x 1/8 with VAT £15 per metre

I got some 25mm 3mm wall for my panhards bloody pricy so I went to my mate and got two bits for a tenner lol

If you expect the rollcage to save you in a roll. Get it made by someone who knows their stuff.

Getting an external cage without cross bracing does not save you.
