The Ignis sport can be picked up for very few £££'s also you get the Lovely Recaro seats aswell!.

Does that mean you can't fit a vvt engine in a non vvt Jimny?

Both as neither is a VVT :) This is perfect for a 2002 DOHC (M13a)

Thought so but Why do they physicaly look different?is it just a different rocker cover?

The second one looks the same as my current block.

Yes it is just a plastic cover, the Rocker cover is swapped anyway.

Ahhh I see.is there a proper guide on here to follow?

if and when I do it id prob try get a whole liana being sold as spares or repair to recover as much cost back as the block on its own seems pricey.id want a low mileage one to as my jim only has 48000ish miles on it so wouldnt want to slap a 100000+ mile block in it.fussy me :laugh: :laugh:
