Fitting a rock lobster (SJ) transfer box in a Jimny...

I’ve got a rock lobster transfer box as a side project, just in case the standard-ish (diffs changed) gearing doesn’t work out for me in the buggy project...
I’ve just ordered a JimnyBits conversion spacer -
So that - in theory - I can fit a standard Jimny rear propshaft...
And I’m in the process of buying a Jimny standard transfer box to put on the bench and attach standard mounting brackets so that I can have a reference / pattern...
So, my question... has anyone ever fitted an SJ / rocklobster transfer box in this way and used readily available standard Jimny propshafts, rather than having to rely on old / obsolete SJ parts...?
Hence wanting the standard transfer box to experiment in getting the SJ transfer box to sit in the same place as the Jimny transfer box...

Based on recent experience, using a prop shaft company to adjust and then balance props was quite competitive to buying and refurbishing SJ props, and they are then the correct length rather than "close"X8GGY wrote: Sat in the shop contemplating...

What props did you have adjusted? The standard Jimny ones?

Although the mounts were "designed" for SJ props, they still needed quite a bit of adjustment for a proper fit.

Re-reading the item description, I noticed it said "A machined adapter that allows the use of a jimny rear propshaft with our SJ / Samurai transfer box conversion kit"... So I opened a support ticket asking what props their kit (which is currently listed on their store) used as front propshafts...
I quickly got an email back saying that their kit uses standard props front and rear... so I'm heading in the right direction!
Hopefully they'll bring their kit back to market soon, as fitting an SJ box using old / obolete parts is a pain, and probably puts a lot of people off...
I know it could be argued that the standard Jimny prop may not be quite as strong as an SJ one, but they are plentiful supply!

But the spine needs a step in it
When he slides the longer mount behind,it pulls the spine away from a flush fit
You can see at 10:28 possible oil leakage
