Yes, they had promised central ordering and it is not in the launch notes. Therefore dealers can sell them to themselves and then put them up for used prices 
I note that the load area is actually shorter than the original vehicle by 6cm and it is slightly more economical although as the floor is lower then the "litres" storage is greater.
Here is hoping my choice of colour is the one sent out
