It seems i have too little knowledge of the G13 engine in the spanish cab versions so little or nothing of my above post applies to this problem..
However from experience the most common problem is that the timing ends up 180 degrees wrong, or there is an issue that relates to this with sensor and signals.
From the pictures it still looks like it is done in the best possible way with swapping the original cam over to the new head. I would also check and/or swap the coils as they are a common fault but when they worked fine before, they should do fine now too. Unless the coils are from the donor?

Coils are fine, problem is ECU not giving command to injectors 2 and 3, only 1 and 4.
Wiring is verified from injectors to ECU, nu errors on ECU
Everything is the same except the cylinder head.

IF this were the only problem, the engine would start & run on the two cylinders that have injector command - based on what you have told us, it's not. It would also run on all four cylinders, on starting fluid, for as long as you continued to spray starting fluid, which, again, based on what you have told us, it also is not.
You're focused on the injectors alone when the bigger picture says it's more than just an injector issue.
There is a problem, either with the ECU or the inputs to the ECU that affect both injection AND spark, and given what we have been told was done, the most likely cause is going to be cam sensor related.

Agree, is something in the bigger picture, I pin down to the ECU not giving command to those injectors.
But why, I can't figure out.
To have two channels damaged on ECU at the same time is highly unlikely...each injector have it's own channel.
Same camshaft, same sensors, same everything... well, except the cylinder head.
I can't spray continuously and crank the engine as I'm all alone.
But you can take a look at this video:

And there are two coils, each with it's own "channel", but you're still "laser focused" on troubleshooting as if it were an injector issue.
As for not being able to crank & spray - you can purchase a remote starter switch, or even make one, it's nothing more than a momentary contact SPST switch (like a bell push), a length of wire and two alligator clips - one clips to the spade lug on the starter solenoid and the other to the battery positive.
