If Koyo are using holographic images on their labels, maybe they are aware that there are copies in the pipeline.

They are aware. Fake bearing, spark plugs etc are out and about, it's not just Rolex watches these days.
Its always worth a look at the manufacturer web site for info on spotting fakes or only purchase from reputable sources. Koyo web site indicates from 2019 the bearings have a QR code you can check, you can see this on those from Big Jimny, but not the others. Maybe old stock, possibly fake looking at the quality of the printing on the box. 
 

Yokohama Geolanders, Sony head unit, NAUTILUS Air Horn, DRL conversion, Rear cargo space, Elvis Bobblehead, transfer Guard, Indian hanging Elephant, Koni Heavy track dampers, Custom SS exhaust, Voodoo Doll, Adventure Rack with LED ight bar, vintage ERIBA caravan usually attached (yes it's slow)
