Ahhh so I can cut those springy bolt things and get some more from a dealer or exhaust place???

not sure I had my manservant do it on a ramp :laugh:
Not sure I'd care to lie under the truck with a blow torch though, and don't think the missus would lend me her hairdryer :S

When you say "heat", Hal, how much are we talking? Industrial strength, or will a simple butane-powered blowlamp do it?

The silencer is rotten at the edges Gus and to be honest it's done me a favour I can get to all the underneath of the boot now for undersealing but it's left the old seized bolts in the cat part that I have to try and get out now
