I don't have the problem where I live in my country about all that insurance issues. I'm trying to raise the Jimny approximately 2 inches what about getting polyurethane cut to use as a spacer on the standard Springs?

Putting the insurance issue to one side, why use springs made for a car of a different weight? The ill handling is not worth the saving of money. Springs are not that expensive anyway, its the shocks that are the expensive part and even they can be cheap.
Just buy the right ones for the car.

Understood but what about the spring spacers I mentioned I could always do that and change the shocks to longer ones

Why on earth would you do that? Makes no sense.
At least do as kirkynut suggests and get springs made for the Jimny.
Consider this
