I had it on a DYNO today and they it has a lean, meaning there is not enough fuel getting through.
He says, worst case scenario this could melt a piston.
Looking at mapping the ECU next week.
He reckons the Jimny ECU will have all the fuel settings to maximum allowed for a 1.3- so he'll just need to raise this level to make up for the fact that its a 1.8L
Does this make any sense? Has anyone else had this issue?

I had done one in my e30 BMW from the 2.0 to the 2.5 and we swapped the ECU across.

i'm going to swap and use the liana fuel regulator and see if that makes a difference
I'veheard that the liana fuel regulator give too much fuel to the motor so i might need to chase 1 from a suzuki swift.

I thought this too. But the liana ECU does not possess 4WD components

No it doesn't make a lot of sense, the 1.8 has a very different torque curve to the 1.3 so a single correction is probably not suitable. There are two things to consider with the ECU (ignoring emissions), fuelling and timing - many people forget timing when they talk about remapping but its very important.
The fuel trims will give you a good idea of how far out the fuelling maps are if you can plot them for different RPM and loads, if they vary by much then a single correction is not going to work very well, a Suzuki scan tool will give you a reading for the knock count which can be used to check timing adjustments. The ECU will have around 120 maps for different circumstances, a lot of which can be ignored but it is important to get the main fuelling and timing maps correct, as well as the fuelling and timing maps for idle and high load enrichment. You should also correct the injector scaling factor to the suit the injector flow but to some extent that can be obviated by changing the other maps - that's just not the 'correct' way of doing things.
Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
