Had the kingpins done but oil leak again. Axle seal gone?

I take it he did swap the inner seal that keeps the oil separate from the grease?

I've recently changed my rear wheel bearing and seal and noticed a leak similar to your pictures (on the back obviously and not quite as excessive) my guess would be I fitted the seal poorly, I've got a seal and will attack it soon, so il let you know if it cures the issue, but I think it will.

Thanks James, he swapped the axle hub oil seal- the one that comes in the kingpin kit from the big jimny shop

He isn't a Landrover mechanic by any chance (he has not put oil in the swivel like on landrovers?)

He is ex REME but gave him your guide to follow Martin and the other three kingpins he did are fine!

Thanks your help on the phone earlier- my local suzuki had one for £4.50 so over double the price of yours but had to get it so I can have it fixed tomo!
