Id say so looking at that as it looks like diff oil amd not grease from a cv.

Cheers Gaz, not sure why it would go as its been changed so recently. Assuming I just replace this and leave the kingpins as they are?

could be wheel bearing have you checked for movement in the wheel wile jacked up

Yea could be worth checking for play,possibly the seal could have been nicked when it was put back together last time.

Thanks guys, will pop it back to my mate to look at fri, other side is fine as is my brother's car he did so hoping nothing more than a new seal needed (plus another bottle of diff oil to too up grrr)
Mot was only couple of weeks back so would have thought they'd pick up on a wheel bearing wouldn't they?
