Lab technicians at work spend a lot of time cleaning odd shaped vessels - they have a selection of bottle brushes with nylon bristle heads on very flexible handles, I reckon a couple of those a gentle hose then 5 or 10 mis with a siphon and a hairdrier will greatly impove it. You could even stuff a high absorbent cloth in to pull a lot of the water out etc
