Mine also squeeled when i had the 90k km M13 in it, with a new alternator belt and clean pully's.. No matter how tight it was adjusted.
After putting in a M16 with a new crank pulley, no more squeele. Same alternator belt, correctly adjusted.. I think the crank pulley had something to do with this..
Just got a brand new 145A alternator in the mail, maybe it starts squeeling again with that? If so, ill make a second wheel to keep the belt even longer around alternator pulley.
