I put 10mm ones in mine, 12.9 HT steel... rather than have to drill them out...
They are +3" bodylift Vitara front bolts as it happens... :whistle:

I am a bit confused here?
The "hours of drill out" refers to where the original mounts have sheared off and you have to drill through the remains of the original bolt. This is very common.
I think Dave is talking about where the bolts are intact and can be undone otherwise I cannot see how you get around the drilling out issue?

Mind are still intact, I'm doing this as a precaution. Just Easyer to carry a spare but and bolt. So in my case will there be much drilling needed with the bolt already removed

i thought we were talking about drilling the mount to allow for a bolt and a nut to be used to hold the shock absorber/relocator, not removing the snapped bolt

If you doing this as a precaution, it only requires a few seconds of drilling with a standard drill bit
