I surly will, if i'll manage to find any usefull info, well in worse case scenerio, I have 2 options, i'll have to replace the rear deferential or the noise will disapear and i'll change the oil.

update: well' so far so good. still makes some noises sometimes but it depends on my way of driving

Update, I got about 1.5mm of each washer (which came with the spartan locker kit) and everything works fine. the strange thing is that the lockright locker washers are 4mm thick and the spartan was 5mm thick (i measured the lockers and their dimentions are basically the same...

I've got a spartan in my jimny being installed and it doesn't even unlock now.

the spartin lockers are louder that the lock rite i found the springs on the last 3 spartin lockers i fitted were much harder than the lock rite ones and they were much more harsh when un locking i cant remember what i done about washers tho on the jimny but i removed them from the rear of my vit when i built that.

thanks, but this doesn't help me(
I've found only two different instances of installation for now of Spartan to jimny rear diffs. In this case, the spartan washers has been grinded, but i'm not sure, how. In second case, the factory jimny washers has been used, but somewhat a year after installation the locker has begun to malfunction.
