Spartan locker strange noise

Hey all, I'm new here.
I'm the owner of a 2005 (not vvt) Jimny.
I've desided to fit it with a spartan locker so i've purchased one and installed it. had a little problem during the installation, the washers came in the kit where 5mm thick and i couldent insert the pins in the cross.
I've managed to find a lock right kit and measured it's washers which where 4mm thick so i've just took mine and made it 4mm thick. everything fitted in' i assembled everything in place.
After finishing the installation i took the car out for a test drive, it seems working good (checked it by climbing on a rock in order to check if the locker works) on corners the locker sounds normal but some times I here like it is about to brake inside, sounds like the locker doen't want to disangage, followed by a hard noise of a click when it finally released. my friend said it is OK, it's because the locker is new so it needs some time for it to work in order to stop making these horible noises, what do you think?

Yes this tyoe of locker does make some very worrying noises untill you get used to the unwind , now deciding if yours is normal or not may be difficult
A look at some videos of others may help you decide if its the same noise your hearing
