When fitting my lockright 1510 I found the supplied washers were too thick for the jimny, so I used the original thinner washers.
It pops and bangs a bit now and then.
ok been thinking about this and I removed the std side gear washers on the 2 jimnys ive done and used the thick washers that came with the kit both run ok all be it noisy when they do disengage.

well, my solution was to take all washers away. now it works just fine: gently clicks during turns, engages and disengages smoothly. It clicks really harsh and loud while turning backwards and adding torque, but that's ok.
tested in the mud, works ok.
Disengages normally on road, locks and helps off the road.
the trail was tough, i've bended front wheel and arm (at least) and burned the automatic transmission.
