has the local pub noticed it's missing two pool balls yet

Dang! If it wasn't for you pesky kids - I'd have gotten away with it!

It's coming along!

Last weekend I fitted the front axle, but discovered the A frame fouled on the prop shaft when the suspension was fully compressed - only a tiny bit, 2mm - but too much.

I re-made the prop shaft using a Land Rover half shaft in-between the two UJ's so the prop went from 55mm to 31mm diameter - and now it works nicely!

Project for this weekend is to make the steering rod and panhard rod then start figuring out where and how the Fox Air shocks will mount.

I needed to move the transfer box a little too to allow a bit more clearance, so I'll have to re-make the mountings again.

Then all I'll have to do is make mounts for the seats, a bit of plumbing & wiring and it will be drivable again!

T case Doubler ?
Whose kit are you using ?

I have the OTT Industries, Kicker 3 (Vitara to Samurai) in my Vitara
I like it because it bolts the Vit reduction box directly to the sammi t-case. No remote t-case.
I don't know if you can still get their stuff as I thought they sold the business and the buyer has yet to start production.

Looking for a nice clean and straight LHD Jimny..... Not any more.
Got one that seems to have been magnatized and driven through the "Big Jimny Bits" parts stores too quickly so it missed a few items.

I'm using my own!

It's so not rocket science to cobble the two together that buying someone else's kit seemed a waste.

I've been using the setup on my previous truck with good results - so just transplanted it to this build.

Si, don't you have any photos of coupling process or can you make some close pics of the twins?
Thinking of combining new grandvitara and jimny button tcases. Going mate it with grandvi autobox and M18A engine.

Thanks
