Picked up my "57" plate last week approx 150 mls to ferry, then max of another 100 and guess what? CRANKSHAFT PULLEY!! and on a car that has just turned 27000 miles, to say I was gutted is an understatement as I intended taking some photos on the hill tops. Wife and me were on our way to relations for the weekend and were on another island so had to get car recovered by garage that was 35 miles away 5 of which involved
RO-RO ferry so big bill for recovery plus pulley repair and anything else needed i.e. belts, fan. So looking at a hefty bill, then the hassle of getting the dealer to stump up begins. They specify max £500 claim on 3 month warranty so I will have to coax them in to paying the full amount.

Bit out of date but here goes...

Crankshaft pulley at Sims Suzuki Darlington £124 inc VAT and next day delivery.
Great guys to deal with. My pulley was hand delivered the same day as I ordered it.

Cheers

Malc
