There are a few clues
- turning the steering increases the load on the engine, that’s why the revs drop;
- the air conditioning also increases load, quite a bit, but I bet the the ECU increases revs to compensate;
- it doesn’t do it when really warm.
The common problems are faulty water temperature sensor, vacuum leak, blocked injector or worn idle jet if yours is a carb, worn spark plugs, possible ECU and then finally water in your fuel tank or excessive moisture in the air box.
Given that it is fine when hot it could be moisture in the fuel or air system or a faulty water temperature sensor and you have checked almost everything else.

I will check with my michanic about the steering sensor as well.

DrRobin, iam in the process of changing the tempreture sensor. I have checked for vaccum leaks and serviced the injectors. Idle jet you mean the IAC valve or is it something else?
Thank you,

Sounds similar to me although my engine is the G13BB, Ive been banging on about this for about a year now and I cant fix it. Erratic idle, settles down, but reappears intermittent. Sometimes it behaves perfect, sometimes it idles high, sometimes a bit too low. Ive had the vehicle stutter a couple times on highway driving but mostly its ok sitting on 90kms per hr.
Ive replaced most sensors and coils. And no check engine light. What the hell is it?
